Questions about home delivery

Do you want the food delivered to your home? MENU offers online shopping and home delivery to Oslo, Trondheim, Akershus, Vestfold, Telemark, Drammen, Bergen, Stavanger, Klepp, Sandnes, Sola and Kristiansand, among others.

We deliver goods to customers who are in home quarantine. If you are ill or in quarantine, we will leave the goods outside your door. It is good if you inform us about this in the field for comment to driver which you can either write in the box when you place an order, or on the page for Deliveries and orders which you will find in the menu under your name. When the driver arrives at your house, you will receive a text message to which you must reply to confirm that it is ok for the goods to be left outside the door.

How much does home delivery cost?
It costs from NOK 59 to have the goods delivered to your door.
If you are willing to lock your order at midnight the day before delivery, it costs NOK 59 regardless of the size of your order.
If you want flexibility to change the order up to 6 hours before delivery, it costs NOK 89 to get the goods home if your order is over NOK 1000, and NOK 99 if your order is under NOK 1000.
How much do I have to shop for in order to have the goods delivered home?
You have to shop for over NOK 300 to get goods delivered home.

Where do we offer home delivery?
We deliver goods to selected locations in Norway, and are constantly expanding our delivery area. We currently deliver to Oslo, Akershus, Vestfold, Telemark, Drammen, Trondheim, Bergen, Stavanger, Klepp, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg and Kristiansand.

Who delivers the goods to me?
Home delivery is carried out in collaboration with Zoopit, and you should be sure that all the items maintain the correct temperature through an unbroken freezer or cooling chain, right to the door.
