1. User account
To shop, the Buyer must have created a user account with contact information. The account is password protected. As logged in, the Buyer has access to My page, where contact information, card details, delivery information, planned orders and consents for marketing communication and profiling can be updated. My order also shows previous orders.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to protect his own account with good passwords, and not to make passwords known to others.
The buyer can use the same username and password to shop at other online stores for companies offered through NorgesGruppen’s chains (Menu, Joker, SPAR), by selecting Log in Company at the relevant online store. Then contact information and username / password are shared with the new online store. Purchase history and consents are not shared between the chains. The buyer must log in to the individual online store’s My page to see the purchase history for this store. My page also contains information about your contact information, address and payment card.
2. Newsletter and marketing communication
In order to be able to implement the agreement, Meny Netthandel reserves the right for the company to communicate with the Buyer about what applies to a specific order. Examples of this are order confirmation by email and SMS with information about picking and delivery.
The buyer will be asked for consent for Meny Netthandel for company to send newsletters by e-mail and SMS. The buyer will also be asked for consent for the shopping experience and marketing to be adapted to your use of Meny Netthandel for company. This is also called profiling. The buyer will then receive more relevant information, suggestions for products or other marketing. Please note that we do not use information other than what has emerged from the use of the online store’s services. The buyer will always be able to easily withdraw or change their consents, see Chapter 1 on User Account.
3. Processing of personal data

4. Customer service
